How membership works
Your profile is free. Membership starts when you want to take bookings.
1. List and get found
Build your profile, show up in search, and receive booking requests and messages from exhibitors. No card needed. No time limit.
2. Join when you're ready to book
Membership covers accepting bookings, invoices, card and bank payments, and reviews.
3. Invoice with a 2% fee
We take 2% of each invoice you send. No invoices that month, no 2% fee. Payouts go to your bank.

- When should I become a member?
- Join when you want to accept a booking, send an invoice, or collect a review. Listing and getting found stay free.
- What can I do for free?
- Build a full public profile, show up in handler search, and receive booking requests and messages from exhibitors. You see real demand before you ever pay a cent.
- Does HandlerHub charge a fee on my invoices?
- Yes. We take 2% of each invoice you send. On a $1,000 invoice, that's $20. Stripe's processing fee is separate.
- What does it all cost me on an invoice?
- Two things beyond membership: HandlerHub's 2%, and Stripe's processing, which depends how your client pays. Bank transfer costs 0.8%, capped at $5. Card costs 2.9% + 30¢ with no cap. On a $1,000 invoice paid by bank that's $20 to HandlerHub and $5 to Stripe, so you keep $975. Paid by card it becomes $20 and $29.30, so you keep about $951. Bank transfer sits at the top of the invoice for that reason, and you choose which options your clients see in Settings.
- Do my clients need a HandlerHub account?
- No. Invoice anyone by email, even if they aren't on HandlerHub yet. Every client gets an invite to join, free, but they can pay through the invoice link before they ever claim the account.
Prices in USD. Taxes may apply. Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Stripe handles all payment processing. HandlerHub takes a 2% platform fee on invoices; your payouts land in your bank account directly.
