Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

New Handler accounts receive a 30-day free trial of Pro features. No payment information is required to start your trial. At the end of your trial period, your account reverts to a free read-only state if you have not selected a paid plan. No charges are applied automatically at the end of the trial.

2. Paid Subscriptions

HandlerHub offers the following paid Handler plans:

  • Monthly: $24.00 USD per month
  • Annual: $256.00 USD per year, billed as a single charge

Subscriptions begin on the date you select a paid plan and provide payment information.

3. Auto-Renewal

Both monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. See Section 6 for cancellation instructions.

For annual subscriptions, we send a renewal reminder notice to your registered email address no fewer than 15 days and no more than 45 days before your renewal date, as required by California law and as a courtesy to all users. The notice states the renewal amount, the renewal date, and instructions for canceling.

4. Refunds

Monthly plans: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you continue to have access through the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of the annual renewal date, you are entitled to a full refund upon request. After 7 days, we provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual term, calculated in complete months remaining, upon request sent to contact@handlerhub.com.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably determine are being made in bad faith or to abuse the refund policy.

5. Account Termination by HandlerHub

If we terminate your account for a violation of the Terms of Service, no refund is issued. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation, we provide a prorated refund of any annual subscription fees for the unused portion of your term.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • In your account: go to Account, then Billing, then Cancel subscription
  • By email: send a cancellation request to contact@handlerhub.com

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You receive a confirmation email upon cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days, contact us to confirm cancellation was processed.

7. Exhibitor Accounts

Exhibitor accounts are free. No subscription and no cancellation are required.

8. Handler and Exhibitor Payments

Payments made directly from Exhibitors to Handlers via Stripe invoices are subject to the terms agreed between those parties. HandlerHub is not a party to those transactions and does not issue refunds for Handler and Exhibitor payments. Disputes about Handler services should be raised directly with the Handler.
